What are your cases made of?
Our Silicone Cases are made of TPU/Silicone, and are 1mm thick that protects your phone from dusts and bumps. Our Hard Cases are made of polycarbonate plastic and have 2 finishes (matte/glossy).
Who designs your cases?
We own extended license for our designs from their corresponding artists.
Do you accept custom designs?
We only provide custom designs from our pre-made silicone case designs, wherein the text is the only one available for editing.
Do your cases turn yellow?
As our cases are made of plastic/silicone, yes, our cases do turn yellow. This is unfortunately unavoidable.
Do you accept wholesalers/resellers?
We currently do not accept resellers of our designs/products, but we accept wholesale/bulk orders with your own designs. To know more about wholesaling, feel free to message us at email@example.com
How do I place an order?
Review our products through our Shop page, and add to cart your chosen products. After adding to cart, click checkout and enter the details needed. Upon placing your order deposit to our accounts and fill out the confirm payment form.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the Philippines. International shipping coming soon!
I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?
Some of our items will no longer be back on stock once taken down from our site. However, we do clearance sales every now and then containing old designs.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept bank deposits/transfers through BDO, BPI, and BPI Family. Pera padala through LBC. Card/debit card payments via Paypal.
I want to pay through my Credit Card, but I don’t have a Paypal account. What can I do?
Paypal now allows you to pay via Credit Card without signing up. Simply enter your card detains and order!
Production & Shipping
Can I get my order ASAP? Tomorrow? Later?
We do not accept rush orders. All our products undergo production and normal shipping days. Which in total can take up to at most 7 days. Please read our complete production and shipping details HERE.
What courier/s do you use?
We use different couriers for our shipments. Zoom Courier, Xend Express, Ninja Van and JRS Express, depending on your location.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship Internationally.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once your payment has been processed, we do not allow cancelling or changing of orders. You may contact us via SMS/iMessage/Viber (0917-312-3937) ASAP to check if we haven’t started with production, to see if changing or cancelling is still allowed. Cancellations and change of orders once production will not receive refunds.
How Do I Track My Order?
Processed orders will automatically receive a notification via e-mail containing the tracking number of the shipment once the order has been shipped.
How Can I Return a Product?
If issued a refund or qualified for an exchange, you may return a product to us. The customer will cover the cost of return postage for online purchases. Wasteland Manila will not be responsible for the customer’s sent return or exchange packages.
